Our Heating and Cooling Technicians, Plumbers and Electricians are licensed, uniformed and professional. They respect your home and your property. They go as far as to put on booties before entering your home and roll out a protective carpet as well. The diagnostic or dispatch fee that we charge allows our professionals to carefully evaluate your problem and/or inspect your systems so they can provide you with a flat rate price to do the work you’ve requested. Once you approve that price and all that it includes, Cranney Companies will complete the requested work for you.
A routine preseason furnace tune-up can help prevent an unexpected breakdown this winter. It is very common for a furnace to experience airflow problems, dirty or clogged filters, ignition control issues, and thermostat malfunctions over time. Furnaces with cracked heat exchangers could potentially be emitting carbon monoxide. As a result, you could experience poor comfort, increased energy costs, unexpected repair expenses or even exposure to dangerous carbon monoxide. Our PreSeason Furnace Tune-Up checklist is designed to help you prevent heating problems this season.
During a tune-up and furnace, all of the components of your unit are checked and serviced so they operate at peak efficiency. Any elements requiring repair or replacement will be brought to your attention. We are so confident in our Furnace Tune-Up we are offering a Frost Bite Guarantee. If something happens to your furnace after we perform the tune-up, we will credit the cost of the tune-up towards any repair or breakdown this season.
